Join Before You Have An Issue
In many instances, non-members find themselves in a situation where they require our assistance. They either find COTAPSA on their own or are referred by a colleague who is already a member. In some of these situations, had the person already been a member, their problem could have been dealt with early, without escalation. Contacting COTAPSA when a problem has passed the point of a simple solution is not recommended, but we will take whatever steps necessary to help rectify your situation.
By joining early, you can nip any problem in the bud. If you encounter a problem before you get a chance to take out a COTAPSA membership, it still makes sense to contact us. We’ll work something out.
