Request to depute at the Employee and Labour Relations Committee Meeting

Pursuant to COTAPSA’s letter to you and Members of Council, dated August 25, 2009, we are writing to you again in the hope that this matter can be resolved.
As you know, in the August 25, 2009 letter, COTAPSA requested that this matter be placed on the September 8, 2009 Agenda for the Executive Committee.
Since COTAPSA has not received a response from your office to our letter, we assume that the Executive Committee Agenda was heavy, or our request was not timely, or that this matter is more appropriate for the Employee and Labour Relations Committee set for September 25, 2009.
COTAPSA therefore requests that this matter be placed on the September 25, 2009 Employee and Labour Relations Committee Agenda and that COTAPSA be allowed to depute.
