Job Evaluation Maintenance Procedure
COTAPSA meets monthly with City Human Resources staff regarding Members’ terms and conditions of employment, and also to discuss City Policies and practices to ensure fairness and equity.
COTAPSA discussed with City Human Resources staff the job evaluation maintenance procedure.
At the last City HR/COTAPSA meeting, City HR staff agreed to provide us a copy of the draft procedure. To-date, COTAPSA has not received a copy.
COTAPSA requested a status update.
City HR staff advised that some additional changes were made and will provide us with a copy in the next couple of weeks.
